Athlete Leadership trainings are an opportunity to grow your leadership skills and take on new leadership roles.

Governance is an advanced training for Athlete Leaders that are involved and have completed both Introduction to Athlete Leadership and Understanding Leadership. In this course athletes learn about how to professionally participate in meetings and how to lead meetings and conversations with the goal of participating on councils, committees, and boards.
