On October 3, 2025, more than 460 guests gathered at the Hyatt Regency Seattle for an unforgettable evening in honor of Special Olympics Washington’s 50th Anniversary. Together, our community raised an incredible $1,065,000—and counting—to support athletes across the state.

As CEO Mary Do shared,

Seeing our community come together with so much heart and generosity gives me endless hope for the next 50 years.

From inspiring athlete stories to powerful moments of unity, the evening celebrated five decades of inclusion, health, and competition—and the incredible people who make it all possible.

This year’s Gold Gala was made even more special thanks to the leadership and generosity of our Honorary Chairs, the Ronan and Winfield Families, whose passion and commitment helped make this milestone event a success.

Guests were also treated to Frannie and Kate’s story, a heartfelt glimpse into the impact of Special Olympics Washington’s programs on athletes, families, and communities across the state.

Your support helps ensure that every athlete has the opportunity to train, compete, stay healthy, and lead with pride. Even if you couldn’t attend the event, it’s not too late to make a difference.

Make a Donation – Every dollar helps build an inclusive future for Washington State.

Ask about Corporate Matching – Many employers will match your contribution, doubling your impact.

If you won an auction item and haven’t received it, our team will be reaching out by October 14. For auction or donation questions, contact:
