Whether you are running, plunging, cheering from the shore, or supporting from afar, there are plenty of ways to get involved and make an impact this winter.

Turn Splashes Into Waves With the SUPER Plunge
Think you can handle more than one plunge? The Seattle SUPER Plunge is BACK this year!
- Friday, February 13 – Saturday, February 14 — Seattle SUPER Plunge
Participants take a plunge every hour over 24 hours, pushing themselves to new limits while raising critical funds for athletes across Washington. It is bold, intense, and incredibly impactful.
Not Ready to Plunge? You Can Still Make an Impact.
If plunging is not your thing or you cannot attend an event, you can still support your community by donating or cheering on a participant. Every dollar raised helps create opportunities for athletes to train, compete, and thrive.
Polar Plunge season is about more than cold water. It is about courage, community, and showing up for athletes across Washington.
