Virtual Resource Fair: Fitness Goal Setting
Join Health Messenger, Cami Mayon, to learn how to set a fitness goal you can keep!
For the first 30 minutes, Cami will lead everyone in a fitness workout video including a fun warm-up and cool down. During the final 30 minutes, Cami will take us through the steps to create a personal health goal & share some of her ideas to stick to your new goals.
Cami Mayon has been a Special Olympics Athlete for team Gig Harbor since December of 2013. She plays soccer and bowling. In addition to her role as an athlete, Cami is also an Athlete Leader, serves on an Athlete Input Council, and just recently became a Health Messenger.
