As of the 2024 Fall Season, we’ve replaced our old athlete and volunteer registration system and now are completely online at Portals.SpecialOlympics.org. The portal is the online system to manage athlete medical history and waivers, and volunteer background checks and training.

If you haven’t already created your portal profile, let us help you set up your profile at the Registration Portal Pop Up!

Trained volunteers will be on site to assist athletes, parents/guardians, coaches, and volunteers in setting up profiles. Once your profile is created, you’ll be all set and ready for future competitions and events.

For creating athlete profiles, please bring:

• Your own email account and password
• Your personal and emergency contact information
• Information about your medical condition
• Medical history, including history of concussions
• Current list/dosage of medications
