Save the Date for our MedFest screening event on Sunday, August 29th at the Jim Parsley Community Center in Vancouver, WA! MedFest offers a free sports physical. The sports physical is a required part of the Athlete Registration form. New and returning Special Olympics athletes are eligible to attend MedFest to keep their Athlete Registration form current.

STEP 1: Complete your health history here. (Instructions for health history). DEADLINE: August 22nd

STEP 2: Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to schedule your MedFest screening appointment

STEP 3: Print a copy of your completed health history (if possible) & bring to your MedFest screening appointment

STEP 4: Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
