Help Special Olympics Washington serve 17,000 athletes across the state and get your GAME ON at this year’s Law Enforcement Torch Run Conference!
The Law Enforcement Torch Run Kick-Off and Awards Luncheon is a one-day conference that brings together more than 200 law enforcement volunteers throughout the state where they attend training seminars on how to fundraise, organize a Torch Run and more. It is also an opportunity to engage new volunteers and agencies who wish to learn different ways to get involved and meet our local athletes.
Training seminars will take place throughout the day and will include courses on how to fundraise, maximize PR/Media, and build community partnerships. Courses will be developed for both the newcomer and experienced volunteer. Come learn about how your agency and personnel and take part in the $2017 for 2017 #GameOn Campaign and participate in the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games Final Leg with hundreds of other officers from across the nation!
