This year, we will be focused on Leadership On and Off the Field: Plays for Change.
- Let’s celebrate the versatility of our volunteers’ leadership, emphasizing their influence both on and off the field.
- We recognize that change is constant and varied, and effective leadership is essential in navigating these shifts.
- Through engaging discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative activities, we will explore how leadership principles apply across different contexts within the Special Olympics movement.
- Together, we’ll uncover strategies for adapting to and thriving amidst change, fostering resilience, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Join us as we discover the universal playbooks for leadership, guiding us through every change, both on and off the field.
