The 2021 Virtual Youth Summit is a FREE event for Washington State Middle and High Schools. Our summit will be virtual this year allowing schools to watch live or participate On Demand. The goal this event is to bring students with and without disabilities together to educate, activate, and inspire them to become active participants in making a difference within their school and community through Special Olympics Washington unified activities.

Schools attending can be current Unified Champion Schools through Special Olympics Washington or brand new schools who are interested in the Unified Movement.

Students and Educators will:

– Learn how including all people can impact the climate of the entire school

– Take home tangible steps on how to bring back unified activities to their school

– Learn how to have true inclusion in sports, clubs, and activities

– Learn how to bring your school to the next Unified Level

– Participate in breakout sessions and icebreakers

*Note: Schools that register will receive a Summit Kit with resources/equipment to support your students involvement in the summit!
