Fitness Captain Training

Thursday, November 7 @ 5:30 pm

Location:

An opportunity for athletes to take the next step in team leadership. Athletes will develop skills for leading their teams through warm-ups, cool downs, giving health tips, and being a role model for their teammates by encouraging healthy lifestyles on and off the field. Athletes must be nominated for this training.

The training will be conducted virtually on November 6th and 7th from 4:00-5:30 pm.
